HIGHPASS DESCRIPTION
PFC has capability to design and manufacture
Highpass filter from Dc to 30GHz and testing stop bands to Dc
to 40GHz.
Lowpass filters are used to reject above a
specified corner frequency to get any harmonic generation by
amplifiers or mixers.
Our Highpass filter can be manufacture in
different type of media. Not every filter design will be made
with simple lumped elements but depending on frequency and Q needed
to achieve your specification, Our engineers will select the
proper media for your requirement. PFC has a printed circuit
board capability on site and a fully equipped machine shop
with a large selection of bar stock. We have developed and
refined these processes to help achieve quick turn around even on the
toughest jobs.
SCREENING
Commercial screening
All
filters are temperature cycled per PFC internal quality
assurance procedure. Filter are cycled and retested/ tune till
they stabilized. When the filters have stabilize each filter
is recorded and data is taken and supplied to the customer.
Military screening
Filters that are supplied to Military suppliers and the
military will be design and cycled to
MIL-STD-202, Method F. Filter are cycled and retested/ tune
till they stabilized. When the filters have stabilize each filter
is recorded and data is taken and supplied to the customer.
